In 1982, at the age of 20, I met Zoey at a college in England. Our eyes locked, and an instant connection sparked a love that led to a sacred marriage. Yet, fate had other plans, and our paths diverged, pulling us into separate worlds. Years later, Zoey reached out to me through a mutual friend, her voice trembling with worry from a vivid dream in which she had lost me. Despite my reassurances, her anxiety lingered, as if the dream carried a deeper truth. Tragically, just three days after that haunting call, our friend delivered devastating news: Zoey’s heart had stopped at the age of 31. She feared losing me, but it was she who left this world.

That dream was more than a fleeting vision; it was a profound message that stirred my soul and ignited a lifelong curiosity about the mysteries of existence. At the time, I lacked the means to travel and honour Zoey or support her family. For years, I immersed myself in work and cared for my ageing parents, never marrying again. After the loss of my father and then my mother, I found myself alone, yet a powerful sense of duty stirred within me. Zoey’s dream had planted a seed—a call to live with love, freedom, and kindness toward all.

Seven years ago, this calling took shape as an idea, and five years ago, I began a journey to fulfil it. Despite four setbacks, an unyielding energy, Zoey’s spirit guided me forward. Each time I faltered, I felt her presence, her smile, and her hand lifting me. On my fifth attempt, I succeeded. Now, 31 years after her passing, I stand here, my voice echoing love, compassion, and freedom for all humanity. This journey continues, joined by others who share this vision, united in planting seeds of hope and kindness.
